How to Apply?

Application Procedure

STEP 1

Application Process

Select a programme in Doctorate/ MBA specialisation and fill in the Application Form. Upload online with required supporting documents.

・Duly completed Application Form for UITM programme submitted to [email protected].
・Copies of Curriculum Vitae with a chronological record of your significant experience, formal and informal working experiences and skills.
・One passport size photo
・Passport Copy/ Identification documents
・Copies of all certificates of educational qualifications mentioned in the Application Form, including a full transcript with grades for the relevant level qualification.

Only applicable for Credit Transfer Mode Applicants:
- Professional Portfolio Submission-
・500-word personal profile (leadership, achievements, social impact)
・Optional video profile (within 3 minute)
・Applicants will have to provide two additional board-level recommendations as well as satisfy all other admission requirements.

Application and Assessment fee

Pay a non-refundable application fee US$50 and a refundable assessment fee US$50 to HGL.

Review and Interview Stage

The admissions committee will evaluate the application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for either face-to-face or virtual interviews with assessments on professional experience and goals.

Offer Letter

Successful applicants will receive notification with the offer letter of enrolment.

Enrolment Fee

Upon receiving the Offer Letter, applicants are obliged to make payments for the program fee within 7 days. If there are any missing documents in prior stages, applicants are required to submit together with the instalment.

STEP 6

Acceptance Letter

Upon payment and document submission, you will receive the acceptance letter with additional documents as soon as UITM receives the payment.

STEP 6

After completion of the program, students will receive additional documents such as Certificate and Transcript by Post.

Graduation Ceremony will be held in Hong Kong, or students may choose to travel to University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) with additional fee.

Important Remarks:

Note 1: The courses are purely distance learning courses and are therefore not subject to the registration requirement. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which this course may lead.
